Our mission at Cali Sports Innovation is to provide all children access to sports gear and events in underserved areas, empowering them to lead active and healthy lifestyles. We strive to create opportunities for growth, development, and community engagement through sports. We’re passionate about building confidence and a love of athletics in every child we serve.
A Vision For the future
We aim to establish a thriving sports academy in California, where young athletes will have everything they need to grow, train, and compete, free from financial strain. Over time, we plan to expand to other states, helping kids across the country access college athletics, competitive sports, and Olympic-level development.

Hussein Ayache
Founder & CEO
“I’ve always loved two things: sports and helping people. Cali Sports Innovation brings those passions together. I created this non-profit to help athletes get the chances I didn’t have, and to build a pathway to the Olympics for kids who dream big. I’m proud to live in California with my daughter Angelina and my dog Romeo. I still play soccer, basketball, and volleyball whenever I can.”
Jonathan Montesdeoca
Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor
An engineer and passionate soccer player, Jonathan brings analytical skills and personal dedication to the mission. He’s been with the organization from the beginning, helping shape strategy and providing support across all programs.
Aleksandra Doeva
Child & Education Advocate
Aleksandra is a psychologist who has spent years supporting children in special education. Her kind heart and deep knowledge help CSI provide well-rounded support to young athletes, especially those facing emotional or developmental challenges.
